• Museum doors open at 10 a.m. and close at 6 p.m. daily. Last admittance is at 5:15 p.m.
• Ticket is only valid on the date listed on the ticket.
• Individuals must be 18+ to enter. Exceptions are made for teenagers (13-17) accompanied by their parents, at their parent’s discretion. Under no circumstances will anyone under the age of 13 be allowed to enter. Museum staff reserves the right to check ID and refuse entry if the individual does not meet these age requirements.
• For all discount tickets a valid ID is required at the door to confirm eligibility. Discounts only apply to the individual, not the entire party. In the event that a discount ticket was purchased but a valid ID cannot be provided, the ticket holder must pay the price difference to enter.
• Seniors discount is available for individuals 65 or older. Military discount is available to active-duty and retired service members, and veterans.
• Locals discount is available to anyone that lives in the Greater New Orleans area which includes: Orleans, Jefferson, St. Tammany, Plaquemines and St. Bernard parishes.
Ticket has no cash value. No exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
